Eligibility:

1. Applicable to VND Fixed Deposit only
2. For new customers that sign up for Spend Account or existing customers that upgraded from Fast Card to Spend Account through Octo Mobile App during promotion period only
3. Eligible VND Fixed Deposit account must meet the following conditions:
   • Opened FD account via CIMB Octo Mobile app during the promotion period
   • Tenure for 6 months
   • Deposit amount: VND 10 million to VND 100 million
   • Applicable to only one (1) Fixed Deposit account per customer

Promotion Period: 1st August 2018 to 31st October 2018

Terms & Conditions:

1. This promotion is only applicable for customers being the account holder of a Spend Account in CIMB OCTO mobile banking application.
2. The special interest rate is applied on only one (01) eligible fixed deposit account opened during the promotion period for each customer.
3. Eligible customers shall receive a notification of special FD interest offer from CIMB OCTO mobile banking application and CIMB shall automatically apply the promotion interest rate on the first eligible fixed deposit placement which meets requirements as per specified at section 3.
4. The promotion fixed deposit account shall be closed or rolled-over automatically at maturity depending on the customer’s maturity instruction. Should the promotion fixed deposit account be rolled over, the standard interest rate shall be applied from the roll-over date.
5. All terms and conditions applied for the standard fixed deposit accounts shall be applied for all fixed deposit accounts enjoyed this promotion.
6. The Bank reserves the right to suspend the promotion early, amend or cancel any part of the promotion content or change the promotion interest rates.
7. These terms and conditions are made in two languages: Vietnamese and English. In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the two languages, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
8. All terms and conditions set forth in this program and the general terms and conditions when dealing with the Bank, terms and conditions for fixed deposit products, in the event any changes, additions or substitutions will be applied.
9. By participating in this promotion program, the customer accepts and adhere to by default all of the terms and conditions of the program listed above.
